*Brush out is included but if there is extra matting, a de-matting charge will apply. *extra charges will always be communicated prior to service
Your puppy's first couple experiences at the groomer are the MOST important. Our goal is to make sure they have a wonderful relaxing experience since they will need grooming their whole lives. I recommend starting them as soon as they are finished with their puppy shots. I sometimes am able to do a Full haircut the first appointment and will if there is lots of matting. It all depends on the puppy. I take things at their pace.
